Like most non-profit organizations, the Church and Synagogue Library Association depends largely upon charitable donations for our continued viability.

While a portion of our day-to-day operational costs are funded by membership dues, sales of publications, tuition from our Library Training course, and advertising in Congregational Libraries Today, without the generous gifts we receive, we would cease to exist.

CSLA's future success depends upon longer-term charitable gifts, however, and you can help us secure that success through Planned Giving.

Planned Gifts are gifts to CSLA made through your estate plan. By naming CSLA as a beneficiary in your will, charitable trust, life insurance policy, retirement plan, or any other estate planning documents, you can help us carry CSLA's important ministry mission to the future, while receiving certain immediate tax benefits for yourself, or later, for your estate.

Planned Gifts may be made for specific CSLA programs or funds, such as the Pioneers Endowment Fund, the Conference Fellowship Fund, the Muriel Fuller Fund, the Publications Fund, or the Pat Tabler Memorial Fund, to ensure that those programs are carried into the future. Planned Gifts may also be made to CSLA's general fund to provide us with the flexibility to allocate the gift where needed.
